*ONLY Slide and Parts can be shipped USPS
DO NOT SHIP IN FACTORY BOX!
(REPACKAGE IN CARDBOARD BOX BEFORE SHIPPING)
*If you need a copy of our FFL please Download it HERE
*Please insure your package for replacement value. (In case it gets lost in transit.)
*In the box include: A COMPLETED copy of the Work Order Quote Request form found above!
*Once you have shipped the Part(parts) Shoot us tracking information so we can keep an eye on it.
